This method explains that since our body has diff. body compositions, excess weight are likely gathered around the hips. That’s why by hip measurement, you can get the estimate amount of body fat percentage that will lead you to your best possible weight.

These are some of the possible tools that you may use as a basis for calculating your healthy weight. Keep in mind though that these methods may not always be accurate.
