Healthy Weight Height Chart – Answers To Your Questions

Healthy Weight Height ChartA healthy weight height chart is used as a basis in finding the most appropriate weight to any person’s height. Not because you are tall, you think it’s better for you to be fat than to look dumpy and small. This should not be the case.

Even if you feel that no one cares about you, are already satisfied with your body, or think that you’re too young for it to consider, regardless, you should still know the right and most appropriate weight to your height.

Knowing how to read a healthy weight height chart would not probably benefit you now if you’re young, but it will definitely affect your future.

Since there’s a lot of factors in computing for a healthy weight for your height, I’ll just post some of the resources to look and answer some of the most frequent questions that my subscribers asked.

How Do You Calculate Healthy Weight?

For sure, some of you are health-conscious dieters who want to know how to get the right weight for their bodies.  You really don’t want to sacrifice your health by following a wrong procedure or simply not knowing that you are already overdoing your diet program – to a point where you acquire random illnesses or worse: an unwanted result, either you fall to underweight or overweight category.

How Do You Calculate Healthy WeightSo, How Do You Calculate Healthy Weight?

The best way to know is through the use of BMI or Body Mass Index. It’s normally in a  form of a colored pattern chart  where there is a color designation ranging from under weight, ideal weight, overweight and obese.

If you want, there is also a way to calculate the present status of your actual weight:

BMI = (weight in pounds) x 703 / (height in inches) x (height in inches)

First you convert your weight in pounds. Then, multiply that figure by 703. Lastly, divide that number by your height in inches multiplied by itself, the final resulting number will be your BMI.
